IEI gets dual accreditation from NCVET: A historic move
The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI] has received recognition from the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) as "Awarding Body (Dual)" for skill development programmes . This recognition was given to IEI under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship on 26 March 2025, when Maj Gen (Dr) MJS Syali VSM (Retd), Secretary and Director General, IEI signed an agreement with NCVET.
