Subject: Inclusion of Engineering Diploma Holders in Professional Engineers Bill 2025 Respected Sir/Madam, I urge the AICTE Expert Committee to incorporate the following suggestion while finalizing the Draft Professional Engineers Bill 2025 to ensure a fair and inclusive framework for all engineering professionals, including Diploma Engineers. Currently, the Bill lacks registration provisions for Engineering Diploma holders.
