Tata Technologies Ltd. के सहयोग से उन्नयन हेतु चयनित राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों (ITIs) के लिए मुख्य उद्देश्य क्या है? What is the main objective of Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs)selected for upgradation in collaboration with Tata Technologies Ltd.?

Tata Technologies Ltd. (TTL) द्वारा व्यावसायिक शिक्षा एवं कौशल विकास विभाग, उ०प्र० शासन के अधीन संचालित 150 राजकीय ITIs के उन्नयन हेतु सहभागिता की गयी है | MOA (Memorandum of Agreement)के अनुसार प्रदेश के 150 राजकीय ITIs (SSTRC,Lucknow सहित) का भौतिक व तकनीकी उन्नयन किया जा रहा है तथा ये समस्त संस्थान उन्नत होकर सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रों के "कौशलम् केन्द्र" के रुप में स्थापित / संचालित हो रहे हैं।

Tata Technologies Ltd. (TTL) has participated in the upgradation of 150 Government ITIs operating under the Department of Vocational Education and Skill Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh. As per the MOA (Memorandum of Agreement), physical and technical upgradation of 150 Government ITIs of the state (including SSTRC, Lucknow) is being done and all these institutes are being upgraded and established / operated as "Kaushalam Centres" of the respective areas.

इण्ड्रस्ट्री 4.0 प्रस्तावों की मांग के अनुसार राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों का आधुनिकीकरण किये जाने की आवश्यकता है। आधुनिक बाजार के मांग के अनुरूप ऐसे नवीन व्यवसायों/पाठ्यक्रमों को प्रशिक्षण में सम्मिलित किया जाय जिससे प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता, स्थानीय/ राष्ट्रीय/वैश्विक औद्योगिक मांग के अनुरूप दक्ष मैन पावर तैयार किया जा सके। इस कार्य हेतु टाटा ग्रुप की कम्पनी Tata Technologies Ltd. (TTL) द्वारा व्यावसायिक शिक्षा एवं कौशल विकास विभाग, उ०प्र० शासन को यह प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किया गया कि प्रदेश के राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों (ITIs) में पूर्व से संचालित सेक्टर/ट्रेडस में हो रहे आधुनिकीकरण के अनुरुप प्रशिक्षण तथा बाजार मांग के अनुरुप दीर्घ व अल्प अवधि के नवीन पाठ्यक्रमों को उनके द्वारा संचालित किया जायेगा। इसके दृष्टिगत Tata Technologies Ltd. (TTL) द्वारा प्रदेश के चयनित 150 राजकीय ITIs (SSTRC,Lucknow सहित) में पाठयक्रम के अनुसार आधुनिक मशीनें और सज्जा एवं उपकरण और संयंत्र को स्थापित किया जा रहा है |

There is a need to modernize the Government Industrial Training Institutes as per the demand of Industry 4.0 proposals. As per the demand of modern market, such new vocations/courses should be included in the training so that the quality of training can be improved and skilled manpower can be prepared as per the local/national/global industrial demand. For this purpose, Tata Technologies Ltd. (TTL), a Tata Group company, submitted a proposal to the Vocational Education and Skill Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh that the Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) of the state will conduct training as per the modernization of the sectors/trades already being run and new long and short term courses as per the market demand. In view of this, Tata Technologies Ltd. (TTL) is installing modern machines, equipment and plants as per the curriculum in 150 selected Government ITIs (including SSTRC, Lucknow) of the state.

उन्नयन के मुख्य उद्देश्य निम्नवत हैं:-

(1)- ITIs द्वारा संचालित प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रमों को वास्तविक औद्योगिक मांग के अनुरुप संरेखित करना, जिससे कि इन पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेशित अभ्यर्थी तद्नुरुप तकनीकी रूप से सशक्त व दक्ष बनें और उन्हें लाभप्रद रोजगार प्राप्त हो।

(2)- उत्तर प्रदेश में संचालित ITIs को वैश्विक पटल पर उच्च गुणवत्तायुक्त कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान संस्थानों के रुप में स्थापित करते हुये ब्रान्ड के रुप में स्थापित करने के लिये सुझाव सम्बन्धी अध्ययन रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

(3)- स्थानीय, वैश्विक औद्योगिक इकाईयों एवं संगठनों तथा प्रशिक्षण क्षेत्र की अन्य भागीदार संस्थाओं के मध्य स्वचलित जुड़ाव तन्त्र को स्थापित करते हुये Training Counselling and Placement Cell (TCPC) को आधुनिक रुप से संचालित करना।

(4)- ITIs में नवीन प्रौद्योगिकी से युक्त उपकरण, मशीने व सॉफटवेयर्स स्थापित कर प्रयोगशाला सुविधाओं का उन्नयन किया जाना। साथ ही साथ प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में नवाचार के परिणामस्वरुप नवीन सिद्धान्तों पर आधारित पाठ्यक्रम एवं उनसे सम्बन्धित अद्यतन सामग्री को तैयार किया जाना।

The main objectives of upgradation are as follows:-

(1)- To align the training courses conducted by ITIs with the actual industrial demand, so that the candidates admitted in these courses become technically strong and skilled accordingly and get gainful employment.

(2)- To prepare a study report containing suggestions for establishing ITIs operating in Uttar Pradesh as a brand by establishing them as high quality skill training institutions on the global platform.

(3)- To operate the Training Counselling and Placement Cell (TCPC) in a modern way by establishing an automatic linkage system between local, global industrial units and organizations and other partner institutions in the training sector.

(4)- To upgrade laboratory facilities by installing equipment, machines and softwares equipped with new technology in ITIs. Along with this, as a result of innovation in the field of technology, courses based on new principles and updated material related to them are prepared.

Tata Technologies Ltd. के मुख्य कार्य एवं दायित्व :

1. सहभागिता के अन्र्तगत मुख्य नेतृत्वकर्ता के रुप में अन्य वैश्विक भागीदार कम्पनियों एवं संस्थाओं को उन्नयन के कार्यों से जोड़ना।

॥. उन्नयन के कार्यों के सम्पादन से सम्बन्धित परियोजना प्रपत्र को तैयार करना तथा उसमें लघु, मध्यम व दीर्घ कालीन रणनीतियों को निर्धारित करना।

III.परियोजना के क्रियान्वयन से पूर्व प्रत्येक राजकीय की वर्तमान स्थिति से सम्बन्धित आधारभूत अध्ययन रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

IV. परियोजना प्रपत्र के अनुरुप नवीन मशीनें, उपकरण व सॉफटवेयर्स आदि का क्रय कर उन्हे स्थापित करना

V.150 राजकीय ITIs (SSTRC,Lucknow सहित) में औद्योगिक मांग के अनुरुप प्रशिक्षण सामग्री, प्रशिक्षण हेतु ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म तथा उद्योगों के विशेषज्ञों की उपलब्धता को सुनिश्चित करना तथा संस्थानों व उद्योगों के मध्य नियमित अन्तराल पर संवाद कार्यक्रमों को आहूत कराया जाना सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।

VI. प्रशिक्षण सम्बन्धी कार्यों के अन्तर्गत TTL द्वारा कुल 11 दीर्घ कालीन तथा 23 अल्प- कालीन प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रमों को विकसित किया जायेगा। प्रत्येक चयनित राजकीय ITIs में उद्योगों व स्थानीय मांग व मानकों की पूर्णता के क्रम में आवश्यकतानुरुप पाठ्यक्रमों को संचालित किया जायेगा।

VII. प्रत्येक संस्थान को सतत् उच्चीकरण हेतु सुझाव देना तथा व्यवसायों के पाठ्यक्रमों के डिजीटल कन्टेंट को विकसित करने में प्रदेश सरकार को सहयोग प्रदान किया जाना।

Main functions and responsibilities of Tata Technologies Ltd.:

1. As the main leader under the partnership, to connect other global partner companies and institutions with the upgradation works.

2. To prepare the project document related to the execution of upgradation works and to determine short, medium and long term strategies in it.

3. To prepare the basic study report related to the current status of each state before the implementation of the project.

4. To purchase and install new machines, equipment and softwares etc. as per the project document.

5. To ensure the availability of training material, online platform for training and experts from the industry as per the industrial demand in 150 government ITIs (including SSTRC, Lucknow) and to ensure that dialogue programs are organized between the institutes and industries at regular intervals.

6. Under training related works, a total of 11 long term and 23 short term training courses will be developed by TTL. In each selected Government ITI, courses will be conducted as per the requirement in order to fulfil the demand and standards of industries and local areas.

VII. To give suggestions to each institute for continuous upgradation and to provide assistance to the State Government in developing the digital content of the courses of the professions.
