मुझे आपको यह सूचित करते हुए बहुत दुख हो रहा है कि दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय न्यायाधीश के पास एएमआईई सेक्शन ए और बी मान्यता मुद्दे के मामले को सुनने का समय नहीं हो सका, जिसका  मामला संख्या डब्ल्यू.पी. (सी) 3790/2013 है जो  इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ इंजीनियर्स (इंडिया) बनाम भारत संघ और अन्य, अब इस अदालती मामलों की अगली सुनवाई की तारीख 17 अक्टूबर 2022 है। सभी विवरण निम्नलिखित लिंक दिए गए हैं।
